The short version

You don't sign up, log in, connect a wallet, or give us your name or email. Your answers and score are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us.

What the quiz stores

• Nothing on our servers. The quiz is a static web page.
• If ad measurement is turned on, your browser remembers whether you said OK or No thanks (one local-storage entry), so we don't ask again.

Ad measurement (X pixel)

We may run ads for this quiz on X. To see whether those ads work, the page can load the X pixel, a script from X Corp. It only loads if you tap OK on the notice at the bottom of the page. If you tap No thanks, or if we haven't turned measurement on, it never loads.

When it loads, X may set or read cookies and receive information such as your IP address, browser and device details, the page you visited, the ad you came from, and quiz events (started the quiz, finished it, tapped a link to YouTube, Discord or X). It does not receive your individual answers. X uses this under its own privacy policy, including to measure ads and, depending on your settings, to show you ads based on your interests.

Your choices

• Tap No thanks on the notice. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser.
• Turn off personalized ads in your X account: Settings > Privacy and safety > Ads preferences, then switch off Personalized ads. See X's guide to personalized-ad controls.
• Industry opt-outs: DAA (US), NAI, DAAC (Canada).
• Browser settings that block third-party cookies or trackers also work.

Links to other sites

Buttons on the result screen go to YouTube, Discord and X. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Not financial advice

This quiz is educational and for fun. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The “Crypto IQ” is a score on this quiz, not a psychological or clinical IQ test. Underground Crypto isn't affiliated with any project, protocol or company mentioned in the questions.

Age

This quiz is meant for adults (18+) and isn't directed at children under 13.
